Let me tell you about myself…

My name is Ms. Luna, I am a Montessori-trained teacher with a BA in Education. I take care of children from 18 months to 5 years old in Columbia City (OR).
I worked in childcare centers as a teacher and as a school administrator for several years.
Currently, I am working with families in Columbia County.

Based on my observations of the child’s needs plus their developmental readiness, I provide a carefully prepared Montessori indoor environment. Our home-based program’s 1/4 acre outdoor garden space allows us nature exploration, playtime, and motor skills exercise.

In our daily routines, we practice lessons in all areas of development honoring Dr’s Montessori vast array of materials for:
Practical life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Social Studies including Zoology and Botany, as well as Social-Emotional, Art, Music, and Movement.
